Rig & Revive is a trading name of Autovity Tech Ltd. We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Because we retail physical hardware and offer digital/automation services, our policy is structured according to UK statutory consumer rights.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your physical product order for any reason within 14 days from the day you received your goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at support@rigandrevive.com of your decision to cancel. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to return the physical items back to us. Condition of Items: To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be unused, unaltered, and securely packaged in a way that prevents transit damage. We reserve the right to deduct amounts from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any electronic component, high-performance computing hardware, or custom tech rig arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to: Within 30 Days of Delivery: A full refund, repair, or replacement. After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months): A repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement cannot be provided, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund. For faulty items, Rig & Revive will cover the cost of return postage or arrange collection.
Digital Products: If you purchase digital items or software download solutions, you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download or streaming begins, provided you explicitly consented to this at checkout. Automation Services / Custom Project Milestones: For custom development or tech automation services provided by Autovity Tech Ltd, if you request that work begin during the 14-day cancellation window, you will be liable to pay for the proportion of services delivered up to the point of cancellation
Approved refunds will be processed using the exact same payment method used for the initial purchase. Stripe refunds can take between 5 to 10 business days to appear back on your bank statement. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded for change-of-mind returns, but premium or express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
